A new model that many were looking forward to. After the successful introduction of the
Superblast in 2023. Dubbed the “shoe of the year” by quite a few runners, the
Superblast 2 got some notable updates.
During this period the shoe is available as a special edition in the Paris colours. From the beginning
September also in other colours.

While the woven mesh upper remains the same, ASICS has made two changes
to the midsole. First, their FF TURBO PLUS cushioning replaces the FF BLAST TURBO found in the
previous model was used. The new damping material provides more cushioning, making this a
excellent choice for covering long(er) distances.
The 2-layer midsole provides an ideal balance of soft and resilient for
a responsive gait. The shoe is therefore suitable for both tempo training and during
long runs.
The ASICSGRIP outsole/outsole is quite durable and provides reasonable grip.
