Better recovery with vibration – at home & on the go

Do you want to treat yourself and your muscles to a good massage in between? Prevent muscle pain after training? Or optimally prepare yourself for your workout? With four different massage levels, the FASCIA GUN delivers an effective vibration massage according to your needs. The FASCIA GUN has a max speed of 3200 RPM for an intense massage experience, but uniquely, the speed can also be switched back to a very low 1200 RPM, which is crucial for muscle relaxation and recovery. Based on scientific findings that indicate better relaxation and recovery of the tissues at lower vibration frequencies, we have focused on incorporating the lower RPM levels and ensuring an intense effect in the high RPM settings. At home, in the gym or while traveling, the light and robust aluminum gun is designed to take with you everywhere.

Low frequencies for high regeneration

With two frequency levels below 30 Hz, the FASCIA GUN is perfect for relaxing and regenerating your muscles. The few vibrations per minute are experienced by your body as relaxing, because at higher frequencies the muscles react with a protective tension. So if you want to penetrate deeper into the tissue, a lower frequency is useful. The higher frequencies work more to strengthen and activate the muscles.
