How does RunX running analysis work?

When practicing running, it is essential that you can run effortlessly and enjoyably, without the risk of injury. The first step toward this goal? Finding suitable shoes. At RunX, we are dedicated to helping you find the perfect running shoe. Although all shoes in our stores are of excellent quality, it is about which running shoe fits you best, whether you run or walk. That is why we fit the shoes specifically based on your unique needs.

We do this by means of a thorough RunX running analysis. Your resilience is central to this. We ask ourselves the most important question: how much can your body physically tolerate? Our analysis does not only include your feet and legs, but we look at your entire body. In addition, we delve into your goals and personal background. By combining this information with our expertise, we can determine the most suitable shoe for you. In our approach to finding the right running shoe, resilience is central. This concept depends on various factors, such as your running experience, goals and physical condition. For example, we also give you advice on a training schedule for running.
